Trigon Ukrainian Property Real Estate Fund I

The Trigon Ukrainian Property Real Estate Fund I invests in land, residential and commercial real estate or in the shares of the companies own the real estate development projects in the Ukraine. While investing the Fund assets, the Management Company acts as a traditional property developer, entering into projects at the earliest possible stage, maximizing value and then exiting when returns are optimized. This is a closed-ended fund which is not available to the public and is currently not open to new investors.

The value of the real estate investments as estimated by the independant qualified valuator CB Richard Ellis LLC using discounted cash flow techniques as of 30.06.2010 is 6.1 million EUR. The management of the company has, taking into account its specified forecasts, adjusted the value of the real estate as stated in the real estate valuation act. According to the adjusted estimate the fair value of the real estate is 5.7 million EUR.
