The Trigon Adriatic Property Real Estate Fund I invests in land, residential and commercial real estate or in the shares of the companies own the real estate development projects in the countries in Adriatic sea area.While investing the Fund assets, the Management Company acts as a traditional property developer, entering into projects in the earliest possible stage, maximizing value and then exiting when returns are optimized. This is a closed-ended not public fund and currently not open to new investors.
