The Trigon Emerging Agri-Sector Fund invests its assets in a limited number of listed companies related to primary production in select emerging markets. We prefer countries which are not only growing much faster than developed markets but are also in most cases the ones most affected by the growing imbalance between supply and demand in agricultural produce. Trigon Agri-fund focuses on smallcap companies, which provide a sound business model, both strong balance sheet and earnings growth going forward. The fund may also invest into developed markets provided that the companies have substantial business interest in emerging markets. This fund offers Trigon's unique combination of operational farming experience with emerging market portfolio management experience. The fund is suitable for long-term investors keen on capitalizing on long term sales and profit growth trends in the agri-sector. Read More
