1. In the bank office, fill in the formto make a payment order ("Maksekorraldus").

• Remitter: your name
• Remitter's acc: the number of your current(cash) account
• Beneficiary: EVK
• Beneficiary's acc:
  • 30100186030 if you wish to invest into Trigon CEE Fund
  • 30100724104 if you wish to invest into Trigon Second Wave Fund
  • 30100758840 if you wish to invest into Trigon New Europe Small Cap Fund
• Beneficiary's bank: EVK
• Date: the date of filling in the payment order
• Details of payment: subscribingthe chosen fund (replace the expression "the chosen fund" with the fund's full name where you wish to invest)
• Reference no: the number of your securities account. NB! It is mandatory to fill in the reference number because the fund units will be settled in the account shown in the ref. number
• Amount in figures: the amount in EEK that you wish to invest in the fund
• Amount inwords: the amount that you wishto investwritten in words

2. After a fewbanking days from making the payment, theunits of the fund shall be transferred to your securities account.
