  • 30100802987 if you wish to invest into Trigon New Europe Top Picks Fund
• Beneficiary's bank: EVK
• Date: the date of filling in the order form
• Details of payment: subscribingthe chosen fund (replace the expression "the chosen fund" with the fund's full name where you wish to invest)
• Reference no: the number of your securities account. NB! It is mandatory to fill in the reference number because the fund units will be settled in the account shown in the ref. number
• Amount: the amount your wish to invest to the fund in EEK
• Currency: EEK
• Amount in words: the amount you wish to invest written in words

2. In a fewbanking days from making the payment, theunits of the fund shall be transferred to your securities account.
