1. Enter hanza.net
2. Choose “Investor”
3. Choose “Stock order”
4. Choose “Securities transfers”
5. For security type choose “fund”, click on “Search”
6. Choose the fund the units of which you wish to sell, click“Choose”
   • Transaction “sell”
   • Quantity – input the number of units you wish to sell
   • Security price – input the most recentinvestor's selling price of the fund unit. The price is available atTrigon's web page. You can also call to Trigon: Merle Keskel, back-office specialist, phone: 667 9223
   • Settlement type - “against payment”
   • Counterparty's account operator – choose E767 Hansapank
   • Counterparty's account:
     • 99100159888 if you want to sell the units of Trigon CEE Fund
     • 99100464104 if you want to sell the units of Trigon Second Wave Fund
     • 30100758840 if you wish to invest into Trigon New Europe Small Cap Fund
   • Counterparty'sname –write the name of the fund the units of which you wish to sell
   • Comments – leave empty
   • Settlement date –input the third coming business day
   • Stock exchange ref and Client ref: leave empty
7. Review and approve the transaction
