Trigon Property Advisory (TPA) offers financial investors direct access to property investment opportunities in Eastern Europe, where Trigon has been active since 1994. We invest alongside our clients into large-scale property development projects in both the commercial and residential property segments. Our clients are primarily high-net worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors from Scandinavia. We are actively looking to expand our investor base beyond Scandinavia.

Our property team is one of the most experienced teams of property experts in the region; proficient in analysis, due diligence, deal structuring, sales & leasing, overseeing construction activities, and financing.

TPA has investments in four countries: Estonia, Croatia, Ukraine, and Russia, where we currently manage a development portfolio of over 1 million square meters of buildable space in various stages of development.

In all locations where we operate, we have a local team in charge of the daily management of our existing projects and the search for exceptional new opportunities. TPA is headquartered in Tallinn (Estonia), and has regional offices in St Petersburg (Russia), Kharkov (Ukraine) and Split (Croatia).
