Trigon Capital » About us
Trigon Capital was founded in 1994 as Hansa Investments by investment banker Joakim Helenius. In 1999 the firm was renamed to Trigon Capital, which is now the leading Central and Eastern European provider of investment and corporate advisory services. Our firm prides itself not only in the professionalism and creativity our people but also in our top rated standing as an independent provider of financial services.
We are not obligated to act in the interests of a wider group; Therefore, Trigon Capital concentrates on serving the interests of our clients and business partners. We are aware that future success is a function client satisfaction and strives to avoid conflict of interest situations from arising. Trigon Capital is debt free on the parent balance sheet and maintains a substantial cash reserve for any challenges that may lie ahead. Investments through our balance sheet are, almost without exception, conducted as co-investors in our own investment products, thus equally sharing the risks and rewards with our clients.
