Trigon Emerging Financials Fund

 From 4th of July the amended fund rules of Trigon Emerging Financials Fund and Trigon Agri-Sector Fund are in force. The changes that have been made are following:

 

1)      The Class 1 unit’s base currency was changed from Estonian kroon (EEK) to euro (EUR) and nominal value was changed from 1000 EEK to 10 EUR. Class 1 units will be converted from EEK to EUR automatically  by using Estonian Central Bank exchange rate. Investors investment value in the funds is not affected as number of the units held by each investor will be multiplied by 6,391164853 (1000EEK/15.6466/10). 

2)      Class 1 units can be subscribed and redeemed only in Euros.

3)      Trigon Agri-Sector Fund name was changed to Trigon Emerging Agri-Sector Fund.

Trigon Emerging Financials Fund invests in global listed emerging market equities. The fund is sector based, focusing on a limited number of carefully selected banks and financial services related companies. The fund may also invest its assets into developed markets provided that the companies have substantial business interest in emerging markets.
