Gate Tallinn will be the largest retail park in the Baltic States and will feature the first fashion outlet village in the wider region. Retail parks and fashion outlets, offering wider selection of goods and better prices than conventional shopping centres, are increasingly popular retail destinations worldwide.

During the economic recovery, we expect to see increasing cost consciousness among Estonian consumers – a perfect set-up for retail park development. Tallinn is also visited by 3.5 million tourists every year – a great target audience for the outlet village.
